[The Lede] Journalism, marketing, and corporate jobs. Issue No. 2!
Back at it again with jobs from Insider, NerdWallet, KPMG and more!
Welcome back and if you’re new, hello! I’m Kiara. If you’re just interested in the job listings, scroll to the bottom, and apply!
Some housekeeping… In the coming weeks, you’ll get a chance to hear from industry professionals for strategies on how to find a job, how to create a network, and how to get the most out of your career. As a reminder, my goal is to make finding a great job as easy as possible. The less time you spend searching, the more time you have to focus on tailoring your application materials and building a professional network. Every listing will:
Be sorted by experience. What’s the point of even looking at a job listing if you don’t qualify for it? Job postings will all be true-to-level. That means “entry-level” actually means “entry-level” on The Lede.
Provide salary expectations. While this isn’t an exact science, it’s important to have salary expectations before applying and interviewing. Salary information will either be from the company itself, LinkedIn, or Glassdoor. I can’t promise every job will include a six-figure salary, but I can promise to always seek the best-paying roles out there.
Include benefits. All jobs posted (excluding internships and fellowships) will have benefits. If you’re looking for a freelance gig, you won’t find it here. But still, feel free to stick around!
As always, if you like what you read today, please share it with a friend! Now, let’s get to the jobs.
